Use these moulds to create your own chocolate shapes. Use these moulds to create your own chocolate shapes - great for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, etc. 6 moulds include hearts, coffee beans, stars, Christmas trees, teddy bears and moon and block shapes. Simply melt pure chocolate, such as Liquid Chocolate Belgian Fondue and Fountain Chocolate, temper it on a cold smooth surface such as marble or glass and pour into the mould, nearly filling it. Tap the moulds on a surface to eliminate bubbles and fill small spaces in the mould. If the air is above about 15 degrees, place mould in the fridge until the chocolate is set. Tap the chocolate shape out onto a surface, take a photo of it and eat quickly before anybody else grabs it! Then you can show people the photo to show off that you actually did it! Alternatively, the chocolate shapes are great fun to spice up a cake as decoration! |
